Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and with that comes a lot of pressure (apparently). Seemingly, not everyone is on board with the whole concept that V-Day is a marketing gimmick, and this holiday can seriously get some people in their feels. However, with AmazonDating you can just Prime yourself a hot V-Day date! Disclaimer: This site is obviously a parody. However, in the age of singles using online platforms as a means for human connection, the whole concept of “AmazonDating” is genius and hilariously accurate. Don’t we all just wish we could get free two day shipping on a boyfriend? — RW
Arguably one of last year’s most exciting and talked about films was Parasite — Director Bong Joon Ho’s thriller out of Korea. Nominated for six academy awards including production design, Vulture digs into its aesthetics and purposeful set design. Both houses, the modern mansion, and half-basement apartment were film sets built from scratch. It’s another intriguing aspect of this great film that’s worth digging into. — MC
In less than two months, the streaming service Disney Plus gained 26.5 million subscribers. But critics are starting to question how long people will stay interested in the platform, as they haven’t released another series or movie since The Mandalorian. And while I am one of the many customers of Disney Plus, I generally still choose Netflix over it. But I do enjoy the fact that I have the ability to watch Tangled with the click of a button. — SS
2020 marks the debut of skateboarding as an official sport in the Olympics, and as the date closes in Nike has announced its first-ever Olympic skateboarding uniforms. For this project Nike partnered with Piet Parra, a Dutch artist and ex-skateboarder himself, to design the uniforms for the United States, France and Brazil. So mark your calendars! The 2020 Tokyo Olympics will be taking place from July 24th to August 9th. — CC
Everyone can finally stop panicking. Dunkaroos has officially announced its comeback after mysteriously disappearing from US grocery stores in 2012. The addicting snack was pulled due to competition from healthier snacks. After substantial pushback from its fans (one of which included fighting words from Kim Kardashian), Dunkaroos are back. The knuckle-sized cookies with miniature tubs of dippable frosting will stay true to its original ingredients, and are here to stay! — DD
